One of the standout features of Amarabati Hotel was the exemplary service. The staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, was attentive, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, providing me with a sense of being valued as a guest.

We think this is the best family hotel in Bakkhali, Elevator, Restaurant, Swimming Pool, Children Playground, all facilities are available hare. maybe it is 300 meters away from the Sea beach, but you can easily walk down to the beach from here. Lovely decoration, well behaved staff, timely meal served, Restaurant at the hotel is fabulous. We'll revisit this place and recommend.

Hotel is dependent on only 1 waiter. No staff available from 9pm to morning 8 am. If you have early checkout then it's an harrsment. They will not give more than 1 bed sheet or blanket. No toiletries. Bathroom is worst. Room size OK. If you have no other option of hotel then cancel your trip. Paneer butter masala was just 6 cubes of paneers and no gravy or anything. And just in a smallest पतल katori. Please don't spoil your trip by booking this expensive hotel.

No service at all. No WiFi service at night. You will not find anyone on front desk between 9 pm - 8 am. If you have to leave hotel early morning or late at night then All the best. Staff behaviour very rude literally threatening. Bed sheets not clean. If you stay for 2 nights they will not change or clean rooms. If asked to change they say bed sheets are wet. Food served is mostly sweet in taste. Otherwise rooms are desent but prices very high. I think only staffs are managing this hotel. Owner is least bothered.
